The nice woman that owned this home had become completely overwhelmed after her husbands passing. The house was at the point where you could see through the roof and the interior was in shambles. Her desire was to downsize to a condominium but she needed to sell first. We worked with her daughter and Realtor to determine a fair price and gave her a flexible escrow period to allow time to find the perfect new home. Arrangements were made for both sales to close at the same time and gave her an additional 30 days to move out of the house before we started construction.
